Via Public Transportation
Take the Green line or Blue line to the Government Center Stop.  Upon exiting the station, 3 Center Plaza is directly across the street (curved building)

From South of Boston
Take 93 North (Southeast Expressway).  Enter the tunnel and take Exit 23 (Government Center).  At the end of the ramp, take a right onto North Street.  Pass Faneuil Hall  on your left, and at the end of the street (City Hall is in front of you), take a left onto Congress Street.  Take a right onto State Street.  At the top of State Street, you will see 3 Center Plaza in front of you.  Take a left and then take an immediate right at the end of the building to go into the parking garage under 3 Center Plaza.

From North of Boston
Take 93 South to Exit 24A (Government Center).  At the end of the ramp, take a right onto Clinton Street.  Take a left onto North Street.  Pass Faneuil Hall on your left, and at the end of the street (City Hall is in front of you), take a left onto Congress Street.  Take a right onto State Street.  At the top of State Street, you will see 3 Center Plaza in front of you.  Take a left and then take an immediate right at the end of the building to go into the parking garage under 3 Center Plaza.

From Central Massachusetts
Take Mass Pike to Brighton/Allston Exit 18. This is a LEFT exit.  After the toll, stay to the right towards Cambridge/Somerville.  At the first set of lights, take a right onto Storrow Drive.  There is a Doubletree Hotel on the corner.  Storrow Drive parallels the Charles River Basin.  After going through the Storrow Drive tunnel, get in the right lane, and follow the signs for Cambridge, Kendall Square, Government Center.  Follow signs for Downtown.  Not quite at the crest of the hill, you will see City Hall Plaza on your left, and 3 Center Plaza on your right.  At the far end of Center Plaza, there is an entrance into the parking garage on the right.
